The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Edmonton invites you to our special event "Muslims for Remembrance," on Saturday, November 12, 1:30 pm, at the Bait-ul Hadi Mosque, 7005 - 98 Ave NW, Edmonton.

The founder of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught that loyalty to one’s country is an integral part of Islamic faith. As such, Ahmadi Muslims are gathering to support those who have sacrificed their lives for Canada and to commemorate National Indigenous Veterans Day. We would be grateful for your participation. Ecumenical and Interfaith Ministry

In the spirit of peaceful dialogue, understanding, reconciliation, and healing, we walk alongside our Indigenous and Métis relations on the Treaty 6 and Treaty 8 Territories, the traditional meeting ground of Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Nakota Sioux, Dene, Métis, and Inuit peoples.
