Join us and our friends from the Mustard Seed for a free "De-Escalation Training" session at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 10037 84 Ave, Edmonton on Wednesday, August 2 at 6:30 pm. The workshop combines theory and practical skills. Participants will learn:

The Bissell model for violent incident management.
How to prevent violence.
How to defuse potentially violent situations with specific strategies.
What to do if someone is violent.
What to do following an incident.
