This Easter season, you’re invited to take part in a virtual, 5-week course with renowned Palestinian theologian and advocate for peace and justice, the Rev. Dr. Fadi Diab, offered by Episcopal Divinity School (EDS). Enrollment in this course is open to the public - learners need not be enrolled in an institution for higher education to register.

 Palestinian Liberation Theology: An Introduction

A course introducing a theology born from the lived experience of dispossession, military occupation, & displacement

Saturdays, April 18 - May 16, 2026: 10 am-12 pm US Eastern / 7-9 am US Pacific

Rooted in Scripture and shaped by historical realities, Palestinian Liberation Theology engages questions of justice, land, suffering, hope, and nonviolent resistance.

Students will engage primary theological texts by Palestinian Christian thinkers, explore biblical interpretation from the margins, and examine the role of the Church in contexts of oppression and conflict.

Learners will be invited to critically reflect on faith, ethics, and Christian witness in the Holy Land and beyond.

EDS offers all our courses on a pay-what-you-can basis. Financial aid is available by emailing info@eds.edu.
